- PAYMENT TERMS
Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
All prices for check-in dates within the same calendar year are final and fixed.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations made directly through our website are non-refundable to ensure room security and provide flexibility for refund arrangements that benefit both parties.
Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective OTA.
- FORCE MAJEURE​
Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters or government restrictions) may impact reservations.
We will do our best to assist in such cases.
- RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPDATES
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in travel and occupancy conditions. Such updates will not affect existing bookings.
- PAYMENT BY BANK CARDS
Please note that there is a 2% imposed bank charge that will be added to all card transactions.
