One of the best place I stayed in during a trip in Indonesia. Houses are really nice, in a quiet area, and if you want to go to the port or see the sunset from the beach it's about 10mn cycling. Staff is so helpful, and always here when you need anything. I highly recommend this place !
Customer service was 5 star. The concierge texted me on WhatsApp, which was super convenient. I swear he never sleeps as no matter what day or time I texted, he responded quickly. He went so far as to bring me medicine and tea when I was sick and to pick me up when I left the bike somewhere by rolling the bike to me. The room was clean and comes with a private pool that has air jets. The American breakfast was included and really good, an impressive layout that in included yummy pineapple pancakes. The concierge helped me arrange snorkel and horse riding on the beach for cheap and escorted me to make sure I made it to the meeting point. I would definitely stay there again and cherish my memories and recommend to other friends.
Our villa was fabulous, exactly like the photos. The pool was a perfect size! The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of us was sick one day and the staff even brought us in tea honey and ginger to make us feel better. Such a nice touch. Great location! Great value! We want to come back!
We had issues with our external transport getting to and from the island due to bad weather conditions, but the staff were super helpful and responsive in offering help on how to get there. Waited up for us to check in late. Such kind and friendly staff! Always willing to help or offer suggestions, our time at the villa was so nice and peaceful! They helped organise our transport off the island and to the airport early in the morning and it was smooth and successful. Extremely helpful and a beautiful villa to stay in! Would recommend it.
Magnificent villa! It's even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! The villa is super clean and tidy, the swimming pool is good and well maintained and the location is very good, you can easily find good restaurants and beautiful beaches within a few minutes walk. The host is super responsive, he offers us great activities and the restaurant is super good. It was our best villa during our trip to Bali. I recommend it without hesitation!
I had an amazing stay here in Gili T. I would highly recommend this villa. The breakfast was amazing and the ease of using instant messaging to request drinks and food from their menu was really good!! They provided a bike which was so helpful getting around the island. I would definitely stay here again. This villa was beautiful, peaceful and exactly how it was described. 10/10 would recommend!!
Our stay at Pera One was great! It is the perfect location in the middle of Gili T making access to both sides easy and complimentary bikes are also provided - which is very handy! The staff are so friendly, warm and helpful. They helped us to arrange laundry, a horse and cart and recommended a surf place. The villa was lovely and very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Great place to stay, close to everything but in a peaceful area, host and team were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, bike hire was included with the stay which was a nice perk, the villa itself was a great place to come back to and relax after spending all day snorkeling with turtles, would definitely recommend!
